One-liner for the week:
"Coincidence is when God chooses to remain anonymous."
Father is seeking volunteers to assist with a deep cleaning of St. Francis de Sales Church from top to bottom, inside and out! On Saturday, March 29th from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM we need your help to clean up the church and grounds. Please bring all cleaning supplies, mops, cloths, dusting material and vacuums for inside cleaning. For outside cleanup: gardening tools, brooms, blowers, rakes, etc. If you have any questions, contact the church office. Please also bring your own lunch. This is your opportunity to make YOUR church look clean and beautiful again after a long, hard winter.
4:00 PM Mass at St. Francis de Sales Church MOVED to St. John Church this Saturday, March 29th.
The Arts & Environment (A & E) Committee is meeting Sunday, March 30 at 9:15 AM to discuss decorating plans for Easter. Due to the recent renovations at St. John Church, changes will need to be made this year. We need fresh, new, ideas and input. If you've been to other churches during the Easter season, you may have noticed how they decorate - those are the ideas we'd like you to share with us. Please contact Susan Craft atscraft089@yahoo.com or call (502) 863-2046. Look forward to seeing you there!
The A & E Committee is also seeking a new leader. Committee members and volunteers are independent, and capable of decorating the church, but we need someone to take the leadership and organization for this committee. The leader will attend monthly Worship Committee meetings and work with other liturgical ministers. Pray to discern if God wants you (or someone you know) to assist in the ministry. If you would like to assist, please contact the office or email Susan Craft at scraft089@yahoo.com.

"Bob" Nieberding, 81, is the former pastor of Mary Queen of the Holy Rosary Parish and a former principal of Lexington Catholic High School. He previously served as diocesan administrator from May, 2002, to February 22, 2003, when Bishop Gainer was ordained and installed as the Second Bishop of Lexington. Please pray for Fr.
